The FBI and local law enforcement seek the public’s assistance in locating the following two female victims who have been reported missing.

Amanda Kay Jones

Amanda Kay Jones: Hillsboro, Missouri – August 14, 2005

Physical Description: Amanda has brown hair with blonde highlights and blue eyes. She is 5’8″ and weighs between 215 and 225 lbs. She is a white female born in St. Louis, Missouri, on October 6, 1978. She has a distinguishable tattoo of a dolphin on her left breast.

Whereabouts: Amanda was last seen at the Hillsboro Civic Center, where she met with her unborn child’s father around 1 p.m. on August 14, 2005. Amanda received a phone call during the meeting but was never heard from again.

Her blue Pontiac Sunfire was discovered abandoned and unlocked in the Civic Center’s parking garage. None of her belongings have been recovered. On the day she went missing, she was wearing a pink sleeveless top, a pink and white flowered skirt, and pink sandals. She also wears glasses but had contacts in the day she went missing.

Amanda DeGuio: Upper Darby, Pennsylvania – June 2004

Physical Description: Amanda has brown hair and blue eyes. She is 5’2″ and weighs approximately 115 lbs. She is a white female American with a thin frame and was born on March 5, 1990. She has a diagonal surgical scar on her abdomen as well as several distinguishable tattoos:

  • lips or lipstick marking on her left butt cheek
  • an Italian boot shape with the word “Tommy” on her right torso
  • writing under her breast and along the top of one of her fingers
  • the letters “MF” on the inside of her lower lip

The FBI reports that Amanda is also a heroin addict and could very well suffer from bipolar disorder.

Whereabouts: Relatives of Amanda reported her missing on August 27, 2014, although no one had seen her since the first week of June. She does not drive, so it’s unknown how she left home. She also left without her cell phone, money, or extra clothing.

Amanda has been known to roam around the Upper Darby, Clifton Heights, and Overlook areas in Philadelphia, PA.
