Friday’s FBI Most Wanted List: October 4, 2019

The following two criminals are currently on the FBI’s Most Wanted List for murder. In an attempt to help capture these dangerous fugitives, Crime Pulse is publishing up-to-date details from the FBI to keep readers informed in case they have any helpful information to provide.

Robert William Fisher

Description: Brown hair, blue eyes, 6’0″ with a medium build and weighing 190 lbs. He was born on April 13, 1961, in Brooklyn, New York, and is a light-skinned white American. His previous occupations include surgical catheter technician, respiratory therapist, and firefighter.

Interesting Facts: Fisher has a few scars on his lower back due to prior surgeries. He is also fairly fit for a man in his late 50s and spent a lot of time hunting, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.

Fisher wears a gold crown on his upper left bicuspid tooth and walks upright with his chest sticking out due to his back surgery. When last seen, his hair was closely cropped, resembling his appearance from 2001 when he committed his crimes.

Connections: His family still resides in Arizona and is helping authorities with the investigation. He also has ties in Florida and Mexico.

Conviction: Fisher is wanted for killing his wife and two children, a son and daughter. On April 10, 2001, firefighters responded to a house fire in Scottsdale, AZ. Fisher’s wife, Mary, was found with her throat slit and a gunshot wound in the back of her head.

Brittany (12) and Bobby (10) were also found with their throats slit and severely burned after Fisher set their home on fire before fleeing the scene.

Reward: $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Robert William Fisher.

Eugene Palmer

Description: Gray hair (balding), brown eyes, 5’10” weighing approximately 220 lbs. He was born on April 4, 1939, in New York and is a white American. There is no record of previous employment.

Interesting Facts: Palmer has a deformed left thumb and has been reported as diabetic. He is interested in auto racing and is a known vehicle enthusiast. He has experience as an outdoorsman and enjoys hunting. Palmer therefore should be considered armed and dangerous.

Connections: Although there are no known connections to these areas, authorities believe he could be hiding out in Florida or upstate New York.

Conviction: On September 24, 2012, Palmer allegedly shot and killed his daughter-in-law, Tammy Palmer, in Stony Point, New York. Following Tammy’s death, a local warrant was issued in Rockland County and Palmer was charged with first-degree murder.

Approximately ten months later, on June 10, 2013, the United States Court for the Southern District of New York issued a second warrant for Palmer’s arrest charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Reward: $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Eugene Palmer.
