Information Wanted on Two Homicide Victims From July and August 2019

The FBI is currently seeking information concerning the following two homicide victims from 2019. The homicides took place between July and August of this year.

Incident Details: On August 27, 2019, Danielle Cretacci was shot and killed in her home on Ebling Avenue in Tonawanda, New York. Her two children—aged 8 and 11—were also shot but survived the attack. The FBI is unaware of the motive behind the shooting although a close friend has her suspicions.
Cretacci’s longtime friend, Jeanette Taskarella, believes she was targeted due to her possessions. “She had a lot of gold and a lot of diamonds. I mean piles of gold this girl collected. And, I told her not to flash it. It’s a dangerous world,” Taskarella told the police.
The home’s owner, John Guercio is not being looked at as a suspect in the case. Police do not currently have any leads but informed the general public that there is no present danger.

Reward: The FBI is offering a maximum reward of $17,500 for any information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the death of Danielle Cretacci and the attempted murder of her two children.
Current Leads: There are currently no substantial leads at this time.
Incident Details: Nastacio Keith Travis’ body was discovered in the trunk of a light-colored Dodge Avenger SXT on July 15, 2019. The vehicle was set on fire off of Pipeline Road, north of Church Rock, New Mexico. Travis was 51 years old at the time of his death.
Investigators are still looking into the motive and means of the death of Nastacio Keith Travis. The Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety is collaborating with the FBI in the investigation.
