FBI Seeks Assistance in Apprehending Armed Bank Robbers

The following criminals are wanted by the FBI for armed bank robbery. In an attempt to assist with the investigation, Crime Pulse is providing details that will be helpful in the apprehension of the following suspects.
If you or anyone you know recognize either of these criminals or witness suspicious behavior that may be related to these warrants, contact your local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.
Description: Zamir has black hair and black eyes, stands approximately 5’9″ and weighs 190 lbs. He was born on February 21, 1985. He is a Pakistani male who has worked for modeling agencies and as an IT Specialist.
Ghumman has black hair and brown eyes, stands around 5’9″ and weighs around 180 lbs. He was born on October 16, 1989. He is a Pakistani male who has worked as a Class A truck driver that traveled to the West Coast quite frequently.
Connections: Zamir and Ghumman, who are long-time friends, may be traveling together with the goal of eventually making their way back to Pakistan. Zamir has a membership at Planet Fitness and can access any of its locations across the country.
They have possible ties in the following areas: Boston, Massachusetts; Brooklyn, New York; New Jersey; Wyoming; and Pennsylvania.
Conviction: Zamir and Ghumman are wanted for an armed bank robbery on January 8, 2016, in Tonawanda, New York. Reports indicate that the two men walked into a bank and then aimed their pistols at both employees and customers while verbally threatening them.
Ghumman hopped the counter and demanded the tellers to empty the drawers and then proceeded to use his gun to direct the bank manager to open the vault. After the bank handed over the money, the two men exited the building.
Both men should be considered armed and dangerous.

Reward: $15,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Mohsin Zamir and Waqar Ghumman.
Description: Rusan has black hair and brown eyes, stands approximately 5’5″ and weighs 160 lbs. He was born in Missouri on either March 22, 1965, March 24, 1965, or March 24, 1967. He is an American black male who has scars on his face, back, nose, and right eye. He also has tattoos on his chest.
Connections: Rusan has possible ties in St. Louis County on the north side as well as Franklin County in Missouri.
Conviction: Rusan is wanted for robbing two separate banks while wielding a handgun. On April 16, 2019, he robbed the Commerce Bank in Clayton, Missouri, and then the Bank of America in St. Peters, Missouri, two days later. Rusan wore a blue mask during both robberies.
He should be considered armed and dangerous.
