FBI Has Yet to Uncover the Bodies of the Following Two California Females

The FBI seeks the public’s assistance in locating the bodies of these two female victims. Kristen Modafferi and Sierra Lamar went missing in California in 1997 and 2012 respectively.

Missing Unidentified People

Sierra Mae Lamar: Morgan Hill, CA – March 16, 2012

Physical Description: Sierra had long, black hair and brown eyes. She was 5’2″ and weighed approximately 110 lbs. She was a white American female with a slim build and was born on October 19, 1996.

Details: At around 6:00 am on March 16, 2012, Sierra left her home to catch the bus to school in the area of Santa Teresa Avenue and Dougherty Avenue in Morgan Hill, California. Unfortunately, Sierra never got on the bus and was never seen at school. No one has seen her since.

On June 5, 2017, the Santa Clara County Superior Court convicted Antolin Garcia-Torres for the first-degree murder of Sierra Lamar. However, her body has yet to be found. She was last seen wearing a black San Jose Sharks sweatshirt with the name “Stonehouse” and the number 16 on the back.

Kristen Modafferi: San Francisco, CA – June 23, 1997

Physical Description: Kristen had shoulder-length, dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was 5’6″ and weighed approximately 140 lbs. She was a white American female and was born in Danbury, Connecticut, on June 1, 1979. Kristen also had very distinct dimples on her face when she smiled.

Details: Kristen, eighteen at the time of her disappearance, had just completed her freshman year of college in North Carolina. After her final exams wrapped up, she moved to Oakland, California, to attend summer school at the University of California at Berkeley.

She had gotten a job working at Spinelli’s Coffee in the Crocker Galleria Mall in San Francisco. On June 23, 1997, she left the coffee shop at the end of her shift that afternoon and was never heard from again.

Witnesses say they saw her walking with a blonde woman. The last image of Kristen was captured by a surveillance camera at a bank where she withdrew cash.
