Obviously, going to prison isn’t one of the easiest weight loss programs available. Most of us would prefer to get fit without being incarcerated, but for some people, prison resulted in losing dozens of pounds.
How can you achieve similar results without spending time in jail? Many prisoners found that regular bodyweight exercises–squats, push-ups, and so on–were the key to getting fit behind bars. In addition to losing extra pounds, inmates found that they had increased confidence and reduced rates of addiction once they were released.
